4760 CPU Temp, Motherboard Support

My computer has been shutting down when rendering video, as well as an audio app analyizing music files. I found out from a prog called MobileMeter that my temp idle is at around 64c. Looks like at should be around the mid 40's?
CPUIdle and Motherboard Monitor seem useless at this point because it looks like MBM doesn't support SiS chipsets, which I find strange.

I wasn't aware of my previous temps before I checked this out so I don't know if it used to be much cooler.

Any valuable input on this situation is appreciated

Ah yes removing that big ass dust strip (just like lint from the clothes dryer)
Helped immensely.

Now loaded at 57, with power supply fan on it brings it down to 51-54...

My Laptop cooler keeps it 52-54.
