Hey

Well i have been researching the sentia notebook for about a year and i am on the verge of getting it and ordering it soon. I need some opinions about if i should buy it and opinions on if i shouldnt. Please help me make my final decision to get one!!

heres what im upgrading it to:
1.7 ghz
1024 of ram
60gb hard drive
the other wireless network option

<also please post what u think i shoudl upgrade too>
NOTE:: I cannot spend more than $2,300 so please no pricey upgrades and have a good reason to upgrade to what u post::

Thanks.

Get the sentia if you want to get a very beautiful machine that is very fast, I would nab at least 512 Ram, wouldn't get a gig because it'll mess up Linux. of course, if you don't use linux, it doesn't matter at all.
Having maxed out, I'll say this, my lappy is the most beautiful one I've seen. It is very, very beautiful, but were I do do it again, I would order one of these:
http://store.shopfujitsu.com/fpc/Eco...n.do?series=P7
The reason? I bought my Sentia thinking I'd be playing games on it, that's why the uber specs, havn't had time to play a one, so I overkilled, big time. No regrets though...she is a very beautiful machine.
The reason for the lifebook? It has the same res, but only up to about half the power avalible for the same price. It's what I'm getting after AIT, so that's my opinion of it.
So my spheil? Get the Sentia if you want a bit more power, and a truly great machine, get the lifebook if you want something even smaller than the sentia, with less power, and a bit over double the battery life. (Using the Modular Bay Battery) It also has support for more media formats, and the option for a built in fingerprint scanner.
Doing it again, I'd get the lifebook, but as I said, that's because my sentia won't be running Linux, and because I havn't been playing any games on it.
