XPS 2 or 9300

Thread Starter
Everyone is buying the XPS I just ordered the 9300, should I cancel and spend the extra 600 or so or should I just stick with the 9300...
I'm not much of a gamer, but I would like to check some games out.

I ordered this.. IS the XPS equivalent that much better.

Pentium M 760 (2GHz/533MHz FSB)
17 inch True Life Wide Screen UXGA
1GB, DDR2, 533MHz 2 Dimm
256MB NVIDIA Geforce 6800
80GB Ultra ATA Hard Drive
8X DVD+/-RW Drive
Intel PRO/Wireless 2200 Internal Wireless (802.11 b/g,54Mbps)

the only diff is the vid card
Ony you can determine whether the extra horsepower will slow you down in the future

The only two main difference between the two systems are the graphic cards, and the chasis. Since you say you're not much of a gamer I would stick with the 9300, especially since the 6800go is one of the best graphic cards to date in a notebook (with the 6800Ultra in the XPS 2 being the best) and if it turns out you dont turn into an extreme-hardcore-gamer then you'll be very happy with your choice. And even if you do turn into an extreme hardcore gamer then the 6800go will still be a very very powerful card able to handle the most demanding games in high settings.

Definately go with the 9300 if you're only a moderate gamer. Plus an overclocked 9300 isn't far from a XPS 2 anyway.
