ami111: I think this will get you the famous "I will prioritize your order" statement, which, as we all know, means very little. Apart from that, they can't just magically fly in additional screens because of it, and I doubt there is any way for a regular rep to bump up ANY order. Due to just-in-time processing, I even doubt that ANYONE can influence the manufacturing.

. Their database showed one thing (actually it showed on hold, but didn't list a reason), online said preproduction, phone status said wrong order number. After April 1st, reps tell me it's in production, online and phone say it's in preproduction as of April 1st.
