Dual 80GB 5400 SATA's or Dual 60GB 7200 PATA's?

I was wondering which would be best for video editing on my 9860. I have read that the Dual 80GB in RAID 0 outperform the Dual 60GB in RAID 0 because they are SATA. Which one is better?
