Checked Sonystyle today and attempted to D/L file PHBSYS-00846913-US.EXE version R0100J0, released 03/21/2005.
Said BIOS upgrade designed to perform the following: "This utility updates the Phoenix® BIOS to version R0100J0, and addresses the following issues:
Power up issues when running on batteries.
The touchpad does not function after resuming from Standby mode. "
Problem: Clicking the D/L icon yields following: "The page cannot be displayed

Anyone D/L and install this upgrade and if so, what effect(s) has it had on battery performance?
I'm getting a reliable 3.00 - 3.25 hrs, which is satisfactory to me,... but I'd like to see if this can be prolonged even further.
