-Check disk with "scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors" freezes at 50%.
-Check disk also featuring "automatically fix file system errors" freezes at 2%.
-Disk defragment freezes at 3%.
-Computer gets a blue screen error message during a new Windows XP setup.
-Can't do a system restore that goes back more then a few days.
-Can't undo a system restore that does work.
-Also freezes during a virus scan.
It seems that I am unable to do any of the things that should fix my bugs. What could be screwing with my comp this badly?
-Update: Contacted PCTorque. The tech support guy said it sounded like a hardware issue and gave me the number to speak with Sager. I've left a message with Sager and am waiting for them to get back to me. I guess we'll see what happens
