So my video card came defective, my PSU Inverter unit for the wall died a few weeks after getting the laptop and just recently my CD Drive is no longer opening by itself, and no longer reading the data on the cds... so now it's dead. I must call alienware once AGAIN to deal with another bard part on the system. I`m not satisified at all and would not buy another system from them in the future. I`m VERY glad I got the 3yr warranty because at this rate I will need it!!
