1. Click Start, and then click Run.
2. In the Open box, type regedit, and then click OK.
3. Locate the following registry key depending on which start panel you're using:
4. In the right pane, Create a new DWORD value:
5. In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK. (A value of "1" hides the recyle bin Icon.)
6. Quit Registry Editor.
7. Refresh your desktop. It should disappear.
Or you can Use a program called TweakUI to also hide the recycle bin.

There is no spyware adware or the likes and it is 100% removeable / uninstallable and has been designed to make your system look just like the MAC OS X
Here is a short description from one of the download mirrors:
Aside from containing all the previous mods from older versions as well as bug fixes, FlyakiteOSX v2.0 also comes with a Settings Utility, which allows the user to change several per-user settings, including theme, icon size, and startup programs. Additionally, it offers a new registry tweak (hiding the recycle bin from the desktop), additional programs inside (e.g. WinRoll, RK Launcher, et. al.), new dialogs, and many other amazing features. For a further list of changes, please read more.
Not only is the program astounding, so is flyakite’s website. It’s one of the most revolutionary websites we’ve ever seen, and that’s saying a lot. It emulates OS X as much as possible under browser limitations, and does an admirable job. Though there are flaws, it is also cross-browser, an impressive accomplishment. The site features an iTunes clone, a Stickies clone, as well as changeable themes based on released themes for OS X. We encourage you to check it out.
FlyakiteOSX v2.0 is a welcome addition to the plethora of customizing programs, its simplicity and ease-of-use setting it apart. Generally acknowledged as the least painful mod (or collection of mods) to use, we highly recommend downloading the program and trying it out
FlyakiteOSX v2.0 enter any name in the box and then click on log in
