Got my Dell M60 in this morning, took some pictures and posted them on my website.

Initial impression is WOW! It's noticeably faster than my Inspiron 8200 which is about 18 months old. I got the 1.7Ghz cpu with the 7200rpm drive, and put in a gig fo PC2700 that I bought separate. The keyboard on the left side is a bit flimsy when comparing to my I8200 and has a click on a couple keys on that side, but nothing worth crying about. Other than that, it seems great. I'll post benchmarks when I get around to it. Not much of a gamer, true test for me will be how fast Oracle grinds out huge procedures.
There had been some debate on the Dell forums whether the M60 can actually use PC2700 or if it just diverts back to 266Mhz like PC2100. Mine is reporting 333MHz in the BIOS, so at least the newer ones do I guess.
I reformatted and damn there's a ton of drivers to install for this thing, I'd been spoiled by my I8200 which didn't require near this many when reformatting.
