What is the latest WHQL driver for the mobile Geforce 6600? Also did you guys installt he Ricoh mediacard reader driver and is that necessary to get things to work? Also does the touchpad driver need to be installed, and some driver that beings with Atchkl or something like that. Thanks!
76.50 is the latest Nvidia driver that can be used on the Z71v. (there's a newer one, but it only works with 64-bit processors). smilepak says the default windows touchpad driver works fine. i don't use the media card slot, personally. i don't know what Atchkl is, either.

I'm actually looking for a WHQL mobile Forceware driver for the mobile 6600. Do you know what I mean by the atchkl driver? I forgot the spelling of the driver, but look for such name in the Asus drivers CD and there is a name that look similar to what I just typed.

7200 Rpm, 8mb E7k60 Huge Performance Boost !!!

the single most significant upgrade I did on my Z71. More improvement than changing to PC4200 or even the dothan CPU. Much faster than the sata drive

Bought two and had them in 72 hours

I'm just wondering is it safe to attach the AC adapter to the laptop while it's still on? Or I should connect it when the system is off? Thanks.

A weird problem just occurred with the keyboard. You know how there are numbers etched on some keys like the o and l keys? When I try to type google, I get g66g and stuff. In order to get the word google typed out, I have to press and hold the "fn" button. What's going on?

* Another Note: 77.30 will fix the shadow problem found in BF2.

When I try to install this from the guru3d site I get the error "The NVIDIA Setup program could not locate any drivers that are compatible with your current hardware. Setup will now exit". Any suggestions?
