7620 Audio and Speaker Problem

Im Not sure whether its software or an harware issue but my brand spanking new 7620 will not play audio from the center and rear speakers. Even with realtek's newest drivers (already tried the ones on that came with it and the ones on the sagernotebook website) I get nothing but front two speakers being audible. What is the point in having 6 speakers (weighing down the laptop and increasing bulkyness) if only 2 work.

Oh yeah.... I tried all idiot things like changing speaker set up from headphones to 6 piece to 4 piece to 8 piece... none help. How un happy i am lol ... . Any Ideas or hints tips ect would be nice, Id hate to have to send this puppy back for a new one.

OK email from SagerNotebooks.... Apparently from what they say.. the audio isnt supposed to play from all 6...they say ... 6 speakers is only meant by 6 speaker out and 6 speakers wont work on the laptop. They stated the utility isnt supposed to work with just the laptop. Funny eh? SO its supposed to do the freakin buzzy thing around and only work from front left and front right and silence from everywhere else. Screw it lol... Not worried about anymore... see above
