Problem with word...

I had microsoft office 2000 and JUST upgraded to office student 2003. Before I had the problem of when I opened word, the cursor would start half way down the page and I couldnt get it to normal unless I opened another document, deleted what was on the document, then saved it as something else. Can anyone help me get the cursor back up to where its sopposed to be when word is opened?

try editing your "normal" template. You might have saved over it some how.

I just tried editing the template but I dont even know how to get the cursor back up to the top on the template for me to save... If I knew how then I could just save it on the template and it would be fine...

The cursor starts 5.2" down the page...
