So I tried hooking my 7700 up to my 65" HDTV today using the S-Video output and while I got it to work, it was really blurry on the TV.. Anybody have any idea to why this would happen and how I could fix it?

Same here,i guess its jus the Svideo, its not the best, since me n u r on the same boat we should jus git the high end cables, i have an HDMI on my HDTV but i can get the DVI TO HDMI cable. i even bought this ATI HDTV component adapter that plugs into the DVI port on the 7700 n connected via Component cables n it didnt detect it, i think im jus goin to dish out the hundred bukks for the HDMI to DVI...

65 inch tv may be too big and have to high of a resolution for the laptop. You might want to try it on a smaller tv first. Projection tvs not set up for that stuff. Video games should never be played on them it actually damages the picture.

I don't think I'm going to worry about it too much. I'm not really that much of a gamer anyway. I bought the machine for work.. but just thought I would try it out on the TV. If you're looking for a dvi to hdmi cable, you can get them pretty cheap on ebay. I definitely wouldn't spend $100 for one.
