Custom Desktop Help!!!

I'm currently ordering parts to build a desktop, I have everything I want but I'm not 100% sure that everything is compatible with each other. Can someone please tell me whether all of these are compatible with each other.

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...131-533&depa=1

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...4&depa=1%20%20

Video Card: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...102-496&depa=1

Memory: http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProduc...factory=BROWSE (2 of these)

Thanks to all that answer this for me. Its really important that I get the right system because this is costing me a shitload of cash. If you need to see what I else I am getting just ask me and I will post it, but I think all you should need to see is this because all there is left is cd/rw dvd, hard drive, and the case. Just let me know ASAP.

Thanks,

Matt

Thanks Anaconda, I wasn't too sure that everything would work. First time ever building a pc and I was confused whether or not the video card would be compatible with the motherboard and if the motherboard would be compatible with the processor. Thanks for clearing that up.

I wasn't planning it on being dual channel. Thanks for the answers. If anyone else can still give me feedback, I would be glad to hear it.

Well, the CPU is socket 754, Mobo is socket 754, mobo is PCI-E x16, graphics card is PCI-E x16, Mobo takes DDRI, ram is DDRI. No problem.

Good. Thanks. I just really wanted to make sure. Can't be too careful when your buying a thousand dollar machine. Anymore feedback would be greatly appreciated.
