I don't believe so. RAID lvl 3 and 5 require 3 hard drives and are typically SCSI drives, not IDE. I've never seen an IDE controller card that is able to do RAID 3 or 5. I'm not sure if Windows XP supports doing a software raid 3 or 5, but that would actually slow down the system compared to a hardware raid solution.
