Ordering the 1gb stick that ecr72 linked to now...that is the exact one my friend recommended to me through IM just now and both those opinions are good enough for me. 1.5 gb of RAM...oh boy, my 6000 will be running like a dream.

Two 512's will be cheaper than one 1024, the advantage of a single module would be when you wanted more.

When I had to replace a problematic Crucial Module, found a cheaper price (than Crucial) by buying from Dell.
