What do you think of this config?

I am looking at getting my first laptop. I will be using it for school, but will also be doing alot of gaming, and video editing, such as clips of shows and doing some editing, and then putting them onto DVD. I am highly considering this config of a dell, what do you think??

Inspiron 6000D

-Intel® Pentium® M Processor 760 (2 GHz/2MB Cache/533MHz FSB)
-Microsoft® Windows® XP Home - Will upgrade myself to Pro.
-15.4 inch UltraSharp WUXGA LCD Panel
-512MB DDR2 SDRAM 1 Dimm - I will add an addtional stick on my own
-128MB DDR ATI's MOBILITY™ RADEON X300 PCI Express x16 Graphics
-60GB Hard Drive - Will be using an external as well
-Combo/DVD+RW Drives 8x CD/DVD burner (DVD+/-RW) with double-layer
-Battery 9-cell Lithium Ion Battery (80 WHr) - Will have an additonal batt.
-Dell Media Experience Dell Media Experience™

Looks good, but I personally wouldn't get WUXGA. I didn't get it on a 9300 that we use for video capturing/editing. Producers like to look over your shoulder and be able to see and read what is on the screen. That's about the only thing I'd change, looks like a good choice for video/audio.
