Hi,
I've bought an Acer 1692. I like it but I've noticed that wheter with AC plug connected or not, near the battery I hear a strange noise.
It seems like hard disk rotation.

Do you know what is it?

Hello.

It may be the fan for cooling the notebook.

I already bought a ACE aspire 1692wlmi last week and I met a problem:
only when I 'm using its wirelless module (intel 2200BG) (being connected to Internet or/and local network) after some time the windows XP (Home edition) freezes without any message.

Does any know something?
