zd8000 was returned, I still received rebate.

It has been like two months since I returned my zd8000 and when on to another laptop. I found a nice surprise in the mail yesterday. I still received a rebate check from HP even though they refunded my money an month ago....In any case.....I was glad for the free money.

Uh oh!!! Return it.....I fore-see bad Karma with free money ....

If they dont ask for it then keep it...It wasn't your fault anyways...

You should be ok, usually that would never happen because the rebate center usually doesn't ship the money back to u till your past your 30 day returns and checks to make sure u didn't return it. What this means to you is that is free money from HP, enjoy
