Internal Wireless Toggle Switch?

This problem is for my new 5680 with internal Wireless.

Well I try to enble the wireless network but I'm running into an error message that reads the following "The 802.11 radio is currently disabled through a physical toggle switch. Use that switch to fully enable your 802.11 network"

I does mean a switch on the the laptop it's self? if so I'm having trouble locating it, where is it...? in the laptop on the keyboard..?

Fn+F11 is the switch to turn on/off the 802.11b wireless in the 5680.
