HI guys I have a really nice thinkpad R40 im trying to sell for money to buy a powerbook, or trade for a powerbook ( i would add.) Here are the specs.

THINKPAD R40
Pentium M 1.3 MHz
40 gb HD
256 Mb RAM
14 in. Display.
Windows xp Pro (with cd still in shrink wrap)
Cd R/RW and Dvd player drive
Brand new battery
Internal wireless card
Many preinstalled apps. All legit.
- Microsoft Office Pro
- Many "student use" programs
Extended warranty through IBM(2- yers Remaining)
Accidental(sp?) Insurance ( 2 years remaining)

I also have two power cords, a brand new mini wireless mouse, an ALWAYS ON case, and all the manuals and such.

I would like to ask around 1200, or trade for powerbook in which i would add a little. Please post if interested. Excellent condition.

I think it better to follow the rules, it reduces the chance of potential conflict. The rules clearly state that in the for sell section to not point out any shortcomings (except notorious bad sellers). I am certain any buyer would do his/her research and does nto require assistance like this. I believe this is called being rude!
