Well, although Alienware's computers certainly are good performers, their customer service doesn't seem too great now based on the forum responses I've seen. No disrespect to the AW staff here, but come on: confusing desktop orders for laptop orders and vice versa, shipping completely wrong components, the frustrating, albeit amusing, phase game, the excessive lengths spent on hold, etc. etc. Be wary of this when ordering from AW, i suppose. Even though they make excellent computers...well...they need to start supporting them a bit better.
EDIT: In retrospect, it seems that it's mostly the people with negative experiences that post the hell out of forums, but still, some of these customer service examples stick out particularly.
