XPS Power Requirements?

Looking into some sort of adapter for use on airplanes. This seems to have 90w continuous

http://www.igo.com/Product_Detail.as...play=Technical

When i check the XPS adapter, it says 130w, so I would assume the above wont cut it?

Thanks in advance, if you know of one that works, please let me know.

I hope you fly business o first class whenever you fly because I don't think you will be able to pull your XPS2 out in coach class. Perphaps that's the reason they don't make anything for the XPS2.

Why can't you pull it out in coach class? I've never had a problem using my laptop on flights before.

Because of the size of the 17 inch platform. I had trouble doing it with my 8500, so I don't expect the XPS2 or 9300 to be very comfortable in coach class.

Nah, coach is fine. Just flew to reno on SW and had no problem watching Blazing Saddles. It's the long flights to Atlanta, im usually on the 767-400's and the Empower is so tempting.

What about car trips? My cousin had a power inverter over the weekend that managed to keep the XPS1 running for 3+ hours...I forget the name, though, so I'll post it when I talk to him again.

If it ran the XPS1 it could surely power the XPS2, right?

EDIT: I think it was Powerline brand, but I will check with him for the exact model number...
