I ordered yesterday and mine seems to be in Pre-Production. It's bold and has a check mark next to it. An odd thing is that the order still doesn't show up in My Account > Order Status, but I can see the order status using the order number and customer number.

Estimated shipping date: On or before Wednesday, April 20, 2005

Delivery Estimate: Monday, April 25, 2005 - Wednesday, April 27, 2005

EPP is different, I'm thinking they are verfying the order making sure the company member ID is valid and matches the company name.

that is true becasue when i called to threaten them with the EPP coupon they asked for my customer ID and company...I just said Caldwell banker and gave them the customer ID I found somewhere online...I googled "Dell 33% EPP"

No they have no way of verifying whether or not you work for said company, but anyways...

THe order does not appear in your account (doesnt appear in mine either) is because its an EPP/Small Business order. I called em today to question about this, as well as the order status, and they gave me free next day shipping for my troubles, but could not resolve my issue, as in they couldn't put the order into my account.

Coupon

I bought the coupon below off of Ebay. I had used the 35 percent coupon and bought a 9300 on 4/1. This coupon number plus EPP discount was $100 bucks less -- got Dell to give me a $100 credit off of the computer bought on 4/1/2005

This coupon number works at time of posting. The price appears to be cheaper dealing with call center. The call centers are taking 33 percent off of the retail, then another 12 EPP off of the retail. The web site is giving a net multiplier of .5896

Who everever buys first gets the coupon.
