WHY ARE MY EMAILS NOT BEING ANSWERED. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL MESSAGES!!!
Not only is my machine freezing ten times a day when its idle and not only have i been on the phone hours for tech support reformatting this machine over and over again and doing every suggestion the support team is giving me, now my emails are being ignored. ANd to top it all of there is some electrical problem with my area 51 m. When i touch the cracks in the moldings of the case i sometimes get an electric shock. THis is ridiculous. I did not pay 3500 dollars to get a computer that freezes constantly and electricutes me!
I am on a business trip with a machine that freezes every d*mn second and when its not freezing its giving me electric shock treatment. And still i don't get a single reply from tech support that i payed an extra 300 bucks for!
I bought an alienware area51 mobile in july. I have had it for two months now and i have had constant problems. If you look at my account you can note that i have called at least twenty times and this thing still has problems. I have read on the forums that machines have several defects and freeze all the time. What really bothers me is this thing keeps overheating or something. It freezes non stop and i am travelling on business right now and its disrupting my work. I didn't pay 3500 dollars to get the performance ofa 1000 dollar laptop. Alienware is supposed to build the very best machines and so far i have not seen this as anything close to it. I am not even playing games, i am just using it for messaging, browsing and emailing which you would think would allow you to not freeze on such a powerful machine. But we really makes me angry is when i ordered this machine i called alienware and i asked several times if there is going to be a new model for me to wait and by the new one and everyone i talked to assured me this is going to remain as the area 51 for quite some time and no plans for a new area 51 were yet know. And i checked your site a day ago and there is a new alienware 51 mobile laptop available.
Not letting me know this was coming out was just wrong. This machine has too many issues, it is not reliable. And in the forums you can see for yourself this thing overheats far too much and freezes too often to claim being the best computers in the world.
Now i don't want my money back because i know that is out of the question with companies. I want an exchange for a new model laptop. Perhaps the new ones are built better and don't freeze every hour. I have tried talking with your support team over and over again gone through everything short of sending this to you guys for service. I have had problems since the second week of owning this thing.
I want the new version of the area 51, all the same specs which will probably cost me even more on top but at least i will have a laptop that works. Had i known the issues that are listed in your forums i would have thought differently about purchasing this machine. It overheats and has an array of other problems there is no solution for such as the wireless connection issues everyone is having. I want a reply asap from alienware, last time i wrote a message the support team didn't even get back to me.
I am not asking anything unreasonable, i payed more money for a laptop then 90% do and i think its fair i get a good machine. I want help now!

I would really appreciate you letting me know what are the subject lines of the mails that you have sent so I can try to find out why you have not been answered.
Regarding the return of the Mobile system that you have now to one of our new Area-51M, those type of replacements would not be possible. What can be done is we can help you fix every single error that your system has. I do recommend that you send the system into our Depot. It would be the best solution. I don't know why it can't be done, is it because your company would lose money just i like have lost money on this terrible machine. I got this machine for work and play since they are supposed to be the most powerful and reliable machines ever. I am on a business trip right now and it is ruining my work life. This is not right. You say you can't change it for what reason? Just because it is policy? everyone has policy but that doesn't mean they don't make an exception here.
I am being electricuted when i use my machine. Through all the cracks in the moldings of this two month old machine i get shocked? 3600 dollars for shock therapy? Has any other customer been shocked by his laptop? I can't keep track of the emials i sent you but i can give you the little alienware postmaster thing that pops up when you get my messages.
It is obvious in your forums that these machines are not well built, they overheat, they have wireless errors, there is a mess of things wrong with them? Do the new ones have these many problems? I Can see why your forums are not public. I want to speak to someone high up in the chain of alienware. How do you expect to get new customers and referrals when you run a business like this. I am angry that i spend 3600 dollars for a machine that is claimed as the best by so many yet it fails after 2 months. And its not just mine that is doing this.
So far i have reformatted twice, changed a 100 settings, opened this d*mn thing up looked at every detail the tech support suggested. WHat kind of 200 point performance check do these go through anyhow? I want to speak to someone that is able to make decisons that others cannot. If i cannot get somewhere with this company by means of reason i will have to take further action and luckily i am wealthy enough to make a big deal of this. 3600 bucks doesn't affect me, its the principle, but for others out there that have saved for a long time to buy one of these and not be able to do anything about it because it doesn't break inthe first 30 days and ont he 35th day its unacceptable. I wish to speak with a manager or someone high up who does have the ability to take this piece of junk back. As this laptop is physically causing my harm my electricuting me i think i can make a good case about it.
