Please help me decide...HP zv6000 or Inspiron 6000

Tomorrow I'm planning to buy one of these notebooks, either through the Office Depot deal for the zv6000 or the Dell $750 off coupon. I'll be using this for surfing the web, watching DVD's and some gaming (UT (old version), Doom3, Far Cry). With tax, I'll probably end up spending around $850 on either one.

zv6000:
AMD Mobile Athlon 64 3200+
15.4" WXGA Widescreen (1280x800)
128MB ATI RADEON(R) XPRESS 200M w/Hypermemory(TM)

i6000:
Intel Pentium M Processor 730 (1.60 GHz/2MB Cache/533MHz FSB)
15.4 inch UltraSharp WSXGA+ LCD Panel
64MB or 128MB DDR ATI's MOBILITY™ RADEON X300 PCI Express

I'll be upgrading either one with a 100GB Seagate Momentus (5400), and I'll upgrade the RAM to either 1GB or 768MB. I'd appreciate any opinions on why I should get one over the other...Thanks.

Doom 3 and Far Cry aren't going to like the integrated video in the AMD64 notebook, and it's not going to like the X300 in the Pentium M notebook much better. UT would be entirely playable, but I'm not as sure about the other two.

The 128MB 200M has dedicated video, I think...
This is what Hp says...

ATI RADEON(R) XPRESS 200M with 128MB dedicated video memory delivers great image qualities for crisp, sharper 3D action video and brings graphic-intensive applications to life. This graphics solution increases performance to handle the heavy graphics from games, the Internet and graphically intensive applications. Hypermemory(TM) technology builds on the bandwidth of system memory and ATI software to deliver performance for mobile graphics using lower amounts of local graphics memory. Additional features include an IEEE 1394 port, 6-in-1 Media Reader, Consumer IR and an ExpressCard/54 slot.

Well, I couldn't decide so I got both I'll see which one I like better and sell the other one, hopefully for a small profit. The i6000 ended up costing about $200 more then the zv6000, the only major feature the i6000 has over the zv6000 is the WSXGA+ monitor. Since I'm going laptop-only for a while, that $200 premium may be worth it.

Both have pretty good CPUs, the AMD one is somewhat faster:
A64 3200+ ~= P4 3.2
PM 1.6 GHz ~= P4 2.6

Both have really horrible GPUs, not really suited for games, the I6000 has somewhat better screen. And so far, this is all the information that you have provided.

If my memory is a faithful stallion tonight, the Radeon XPRESS 200 is an integrated graphics processor.

Yes, but it doesn't really matter very much; Both the XPRESS200 and the X300 are just really inept GPUs to begins with, whether or not they have dedicated VRAM won't do much to enhance their performance.
