I *tried* to order an I6000 but found you had to go in through the "home" side of things, not small-biz. When I did, I found that the $1500 system I config'd on small-biz (crossed-out price) had grown to $1800 on "home"!

So the $750-off would have felt like $450. Just scratched the order, will continue to lurk for a better deal.

Well it seems like not that great of a deal for many with this new coupon unless you where buying a spare laptop or a back up one with low specs. It seems like Dell pumped up prices here and there buy no extra discounts on upgrades and S&H on some.So i guess for some peole the coupon was great but for others it just sucked, they sure went fast but i think they went fast because some people will be selling them on ebay as usual and try to make a profit probably not a big profit because when i search for dell laptops on ebay there usually selling for cheap.Oh well hope everyone got what they wanted in my case it was no help my 9300 was over 3000 so the 35% off gave me about 1000 dollars off so the 750 was just fun to watch but never would of used it.

I combined a 100 dollar concession coupon that I got from dell a while back.

so I got 850 off of 1600. Only if they had a free 512mb memory upgrade, that woudl have been so awsome. But hey, I can't complain.

How do you go about adding a concesssion coupon and the promo coupon - add them one after another or do you add a concession coupon to your account before adding the promo in the box. Speaking of which, any idea when another 750 off may be coming along next?

apology for the late reply. Dell mistakenly sent me an additional 8cell battery and an AC adoptor when they sent me my exchange 700m. A mistake on their part and they didn't bother asking me for it so i Kept it. but i have no use for either one of them so its just rotting in my closet.
