I sent in my laptop (Ferrari 3200) which utterly failed. (It wouldn't even boot up) . I called acer customer support and they picked it up on mon. I've been reading up on some of the forums about acer support and I'm afraid I may never see my laptop again T_T. Did ne one go through acer notebook warranty? Can you give me some feedback?
