I'm a newbie who only recently installed SP2 because I had reservations that it would cause problems with some of my programs. I've used Shrink and Nero to burn movies (I rent dvds and copy the ones that I don't have the time to watch). I found that the old Nero program had a conflict w/ the SP2 updates so I couldn't burn movies for my home dvd player.
I downloaded the Nero updates, I don't receive the compatible error message anymore, but I still can't burn a watchable disk.
Can anyone help? I was thinking of going back the restore point prior to SP2 installation. Would that work?
