Samatha put me in priority status yesterday and said someone would call me back today with status. Nobody called but I am happy to report I got a UPS tracking number today. So I am only one day behind schedule.

I did not receive an email from dell but checked the dell My Account status and it says "shipped" with a UPS tracking number.
