Received my 9300 (Europe). Keyboard problem.

I finally received my i9300 yesterday. My first impressions were good.

The screen has almost no sparkles (samsung). Light colours look a bit "washed out", but compared to my 3 years old I8200 UXGA this screen is just brilliant.

Actually, the only problem I've got is the keyboard. I have the Chinese keyboard and I absolutely don't like it. On my 8200 I had a different keyboard. Not only it's much louder, but also the whole keyboard is positioned too low in the case. As a consequence, I have great difficulty in pushing, e.g. the space bar. I have to lift up my whole to be able to press the space bar. This is because the case is in a higher position than the space bar! Does anyone else have this problem?

Did you specify that you wanted the Samsung screen?

I think Dell learnt a lesson from the Inspiron 8000/8100/8200 series.
Do you remember all the complaints about the space bar leaving nasty marks on the screen.
My old 8000 is sat beside me at the moment and I can easily see the marks left by the keyboard.
I can well imagine that the Taiwanese ODM was told to make sure it couldn't happen again with a new design of notenook. LOL
