Wanted: Dell xps gen1

Need somethign like this:
3.4Ghz
1GB ram (or 512mb)
128mb GFX card
80GB HDD (or less)
WUXGA 15.4"

I will consider different specs, but I am in England and would prefer to buy a laptop in england

four words for you EbAy. It works wonders. I got my m70 there over 1,000.00 dollars of the price tag and it was brand new still wrapped in bubble wrap! Why would you risk buying off this form you are not protected!

ebay = none in the uk apart from a scammer lol

usa = I would get caught by income tax at customs and have to pay loads surely

Incidentally, why do you want a gen 1 rather than a gen 2? Is it simply price.

I have your system

Adam I have that system and I live in Western Ma. the machine is getting a little heavy for me and I've had to carry around my laptop more that I like lately the specs are what your looking for except I have the extended waranty and the 256 9800 in it 60 gig hardrive and 1 gig of ram. If you want it let me know around what your willing to pay?

What are you looking to spend? I'm next heading to London (I live in NY) about mid-May, and I'd be happy to bring one over with me. I can get an XPS2 for about $2300 USD (just not sure if Dell can ship to me in time).
