whats the quickest way to reach these guys ??

dell says 24x7 support but the customer care center is closed when i call at night

I have severe light leakage and the sparkle is not as I strain looking at it.

Am I entitled to a full refund including the delivery costs to get it to me?

I called Customer Care on their Contact Us page and asked to speak to their return specialist.
