Having trouble with your BT/WiFi?

Since nobody seems to believe me, here's a page from the manual... you can download it for yourself if you still don't believe me

That was true when the 9860 first came out. But FAA/FCC now allows wireless to be used. I guessing it includes BT. But this is mainly an Airline by Airline thing. It costs to refit planes for wireless.

"may" cause a communication conflict. That does not necessarily mean always. At least a few of us here have used the 2 simultaneously with no problem.

Well they also run in the same freq. band... which is why the better engineered products have drivers that acknowledge that fact and have a compatability box...

I already have a nice microsoft BT transceiver that has such a box... I just figured getting BT built into the laptop would simplify things

I know it says "may" and that "may" doesn't mean it will... I'm glad yours works and I hate you for it too

mine works usually also fine together. experimenting with the placement of your bt devices in relation to your wifi router helped for me after trouble in the beginning
