I just chatted with someone regarding my order and she was very helpful. I realized that I will be going on a trip the week that I am suppose to get my order so I asked if there was a way to rush my order (currently in testing). I explained to her that 1, I need the laptop with me on my trip and 2, if I don't get it before I leave, I won't be here to sign for it so she upgraded my shipping to 1 day. This is my first Dell purchase and so far, it has been smooth. I hope that I don't have problems with the laptop... I have been reading a lot here and seems like people are having problems with the screen. I can't wait though... I will post again once I get and test the 6000d.
