Now that the 8890 keyboard is available for ordering, we thought we'd throw up a quick and easy how to on replacing you're old one.
First you need to push back the tabs above the F1-F2 and Numlock-/ keys to rock the keyboard back and pull it out:

Then slide up the keyboard careful not to put too much tension on the flexprint. There you will see the connector that holds it into place. Push the tabs up and it will release the flexprint and the keyboard will be free.

Now just reverse the procedure to replace the new keyboard.
BTW, the main changes to the keyboard were the locations of the "Enter" and "\" keys.

- it's still functionable, there just isn't a flat surface for me to press. I'd love to get it fixed, but no way am I paying however much for a whole new keyboard to fix one key. One that I don't use very often at that. So if anyone has replaced their keyboard, I'd be interested in buying just that one key from them
