Yes. This is old news. It has been known that AMD is going to release dual-core Turions in the 2H of '05.

Press release in March

According to AMD, the dual-core Turions, because of their TDP, would only fit in DTR notebooks (2 x 25W Turions means 50W at least).

The big question is whether they will use the 754-pin socket or a 939-pin socket (which would bring out dual-memory).

Unfortunately it looks more likely that AMD will not go to 939 for notebooks, but skip to M2 1207 pin sockets w/ DDR2 in the 1Q of '06 (that's only 8+ months away).
