Who to call for phase update?

Hi. I am going to call Alienware today, and I'm not sure which of their lines to call for a phase update.

Do I call:

Corporate Office(1-800-ALIENWARE)?

Sales Department(800-494-3382)?
Or
Customer Service(866-287-6727)?

I'm thinking it's the sales department. Am I correct?

Just call 1-800-ALIENWARE. There is an automatic voice message robot that will pick up and give you several options....one of which is for questions regarding your Alienware phases. From there you'll talk to a AW rep.

Heh. Yeah. I have the next week off from school and I hope that it comes before school starts again on the 25th. I may be asking too much, because it is estimated to ship on the 25th.
