If its USD, then $376 for 2GB of RAM seems a little on the high side. As far as the modding the 745, I heard that Stomper was having problems with modding his 735 and he is thinking of upping the voltage to a whopping 1.7V! Good luck on the mod and keep us updated.

Niklaus Wirth (famous computer scientist) had a semi-famous computer named Lilith, but he used a slightly different spelling than you.

for 2 sticks of Corsair PC24200 1GB ram? I could have went the simple tech route and only pay 294 for 2 sticks but with such a shady warrenty and return policy for the ram i couldnt agree to pay it what else did you have in mind?

1.7?

Way too much, a bump to 1.5 out to handle 2400ish.

Dell Machina, you could have gone with Kingston 2x 1gb sticks of 4200 RAM for $272 shipped like many of us did (from CIC but apparently drop shipped directly from Kingston). Nearly $100 more per stick at newegg.com atm.

Read the huge 1 gig stick RAM thread here in the forums.

Spartantech, atm has a 1 gig stick of Corsair for $142 with $8 dollar shipping and no tax for us in Kalifornnniiaa. That comes out to $300 even, about $76 dollars cheaper than what you paid.

CIC I think is still the better deal but Kingston won't be shipping out for another 2.5 weeks. I couldn't wait! (And with tax it would have come out to the same anyways.)

The trandcend sticks at newegg are $155 atm. $8.33 for cross country shipping. And Newegg's are in stock atm

$318.33 for 2GB.
