hahaha, well I tried calling them to see how the Dell Game goes. Dell's been real nice so far and I'm satisfied with their willingness to work with you.
When I first called just to check prices for warranty, I was given $70 CREDIT towards my purchase.
The next time I called, they issued me a $100 CONCESSION coupon because I thought the 4-cell battery comes by default and I asked them if I could get one since I got the extended battery.
I was content with their service but after a few days I found out that my HDD is a 4200rpm drive instead of a 5400rpm, which is what I was expecting. So I called Dell and told them about the HDD, the agent was very helpful and gave me another $100 coupon that could be applied to any purchase from Dell.
So that's the story folks, a total of $270 off. Not to mention I paid only $1150 total for my 700m (see SIG). That's under $900 for a brand new 700m, forget the Dell outlet laptops.
