"Billing Infomation Received" still...

I received shipping notice from Dell on Saturday morning the 19th. I called Dell today and they said it left their premisis Sat. evening. The UPS site has not changed from "Billing Info Received" for 3 days now. wtf? Is this normal? I know the Dell site says info might take 48-72 hours to appear but it's been that! Shouldn't my lappy have been scanned somewhere by now? Dell gave me a 3 day delivery window. I can't just sit home for 3 days wondering when it's gonna get here. I've never had this happen from UPS before. Don't they usually show what location it's currently at and what the scheduled delivery date is? I'm getting *issed!

It can take 48-72 hours for the info to post. I have heard of people that have had thier systems delivered while the UPS site said Billing Info Recieved.

I had a similar thing... went to "billing info received" on late 4/15, finally late 4/18 it switched to show where the system really was. Turns out it was to be delivered 4/19. Patience!

OH GAWD! GUESS WHAT!
The door bell just rang and it's UPS with my Lappy!!!
I'm so glad but *issed at the same time that I didn't even know it was coming today. What if I wasn't here and why the *ell does it not say anything on the UPS site!!! SHEESH!

I feel bad for all your guys that have to deal with UPS, UPS is a really funny company. I ordered something from them not a computer but something for my girl friend and the ups guy came when I was like asleep so I go and pick it up and the lady starts bitching at me for not picking it up for 10 days. WTF I told her. Purolator is really fast with dell shipping and they update stuff on or after the ship date.
