Sager removed my Wifi card

I just got back my 8790 today from Sager after repair, all of which took about about 10 days. They replaced the motherboard and ACA(whatever that is) for a malfunctioning NIC and now there is no Wifi card anymore. I have tried looking for it in Network Connections and it is no where to be found, pressed Fn and F11 together, but the wifi LED will not turn on.
What gives?

Sounds like you would be better served contacting Sager directly and demanding a WiFi Card. Can't give any more support than that to you - Sorry.

Or, you could look under the HDDs and see if is actually there.

When I opened the hard drive compartment, I can see that the Wifi card is inplace beside the hard drive. And a black wire is plugged into on the outer of two sockets on it. I removed it and replaced it and also re-installed the driver. But to no avail. Everything was working before it sent it in and I was using the wifi to connect to the network. Now the NIC works and the Wifi does not. I hope I can get it working soon.
