I got a pretty big surprise today, after going through alot of crap on the phone with Dell. I had received a concession coupon a little while ago from Dell for $75 and I was going to use it to buy a internal bluetooth module and Logitech MX 900 mouse for my i9300. But the catch was that the coupon was only good for online purchases, and neither of those items are available through the online store.
So I called Dell to see if there was a way to still use my coupon and get the things I was looking for. Long story short, I talked to 5 different reps, eventually getting hung up on (not like a bad transfer or something, the actually hung up on me while I was talking) and ended up with no mouse, but putting the bluetooth module on my credit card.
So I emailed Dell Support and told them I was fairly wriled with all that. I got an email back just a bit ago and Dell ordered the mouse I wanted for no charge! They even said my coupon was still good.
So +1 for Dell. Their different sales departments may suck at times, but their support team today made up for it.
