refurb i1150 2.8GHz, 512mb ddr, cd/rw-dvdrom,30gb hard drive,15" screen, xp home, 1 year warranty. $349

i think at that time dell had a 25% from dell outlet.

sold it for $799 =)

I think I got you beat on the 6000 price:

This system is probably about as good as it gets for the 6000.

With a 15% off coupon and 2% off with Dell Preferred Account it was just over $200 bucks. True, it's a refurb, but it was half the cost.

Yesterday. After clicking like 30 minites in dell outlet, I came across to an XPS2 refurb. The price was $1850 -$350 refurb discount -$450 30% off refurb deals =$1050 shipped. This is how much ive spent on my 9300 excluding the warranty. Too bad I don't have anymore money to pay for it...

Ow wait! I did. Woohooo. XPS2 will come Wednesday. Anyways, Im planning to add the 3 year warranty on it. Although it's a refurb, for the price that I got, I think its worth all the money.

Now what do I do with my 9300...

It's an outlet refub...one of a kind, and there are so many people battling for outlet laptops right now (due to coupons) that the entire outlet will probably show "no systems" for a while. You'll need a script or have to be super lucky by refreshing quickly to get a cheapie like that.

damn ebay resellers grrrrrrrrrr
Do all these ebayers/resellers like even open up the box to check it out make sure it's ok? Or just trust Dell not to make a mistake and can advertise it more attractively by saying "sealed in box never opened"?

most i see say Sealed in Box never opened, but who knows?

I don't think anyone is that stupid to not check what they got.
