After countless months of researching which laptop to buy. I finally purchased the T42 2379R1U Model.
I paid $1,195.67 including tax. I have a friend at IBM, and he gave me his information for the EPP.
It was either an IBM thinkpad or a Dell. I keep hearing mixed reviews about each one, and everyone has their opinions. What matters to me is that it's a good built laptop. I've been working with Dell laptops at work, and I'm not going to lie, for the value they are good, but the built isn't that great.
I just hope that I made a good decision, and I'm glad I found this forum, but I'm sure I'll be happy with it. I'm not used to spending alot of money on these types of units.
Can anyone tell me what kind of warranties these come with? I feel like a retard for asking, but I couldn't really find a specific warranty in terms of service and repairs. Can someone help me with this?
