I dont see how. the case comes with a x64 product key sticker (you're supposed to stick it on your machine, I havnet yet) on it, and you enter that key in when installing Windows.
in the package was the recipt, and a clear DVD case. it's got a little insert with the x64 logo on it, the x64 CD (zOMG super holographicy O_O ), and the product key sticer, which reads "Windows XP Pro x64 Ed Tech Advancement OEM Software" on the back and a little stiker above that that says "You are required to affix this Certificate of Authenticity to the exterior of the PC"
