Hey drop my name to Manuel for me. Tell him I need some of that restorative alienware love.

|To whom it may concern;
I am a professional by trade and deserved to be treated as such by any company. Your company has had my money since late March and over two months later I still do not have my system. It's been over 2 weeks since my original order was returned and new order placed. My order is still in phase one. I never received an e-mail confirming the return or amount of credit on my account. I have actually had zero contact from Alienware that wasn't initiated by myself. This is an unacceptable practice in any business. I have been more than patient with your company after being lied to time and time again. I actually have an e-mail sent to me from one rep stating my current order is in phase 4. Every rep I talk to has a different story for me. I’m told over and over that Alienware has no policy for compensating their customers but how much do you honestly expect your consumers to take.
I’ve contacted my credit card company and faxed them the original invoice, new invoice, explanation letter, copy of your warranty and phone logs I’ve been keeping. They informed me that this would be an easy dispute to win and in all probability I would not be subject to your re-stocking fee. Knowing that I can get a full refund, what reason do I have to keep my order with you? You’ve offered me nothing, no upgrades, no discounts, nothing to try to make amends for your mistakes. Just lies to tide me over for another day.
If I do not have confirmation that my system is past phase 1 with an estimated shipping date via e-mail within 24hrs I will contact my credit card company and tell them to initiate this dispute. This is my final attempt to resolve this issue with you.
