The Thank You PC Torque Thread

Hi guys,
I thought it would be appropriate to start a thread dedicated to thanking all the people at PC Torque esp. Adam, Larua and Ratha for working their butts off over the last few weeks to get all our orders out as quickly as they have.

I am sure I speak for many people on this forum in congratulating PC Torque for the excpetional customer service, dedication to their job and friendly emails/posts when we have been in trouble (mostly due to our own stupidity at times).

Thanks guys, you really do know how to satisfy a customer.
And when things get a bit quieter, remember to take a break and smell the roses (even if they are only on your LCD ).

Wow! Thanks guys! We appreciate the kudos as we all try to work our butts off doing what we love. I am glad that it shows!

I must say though, we have the greatest customers and forum members around. We would be nothing without you guys, so I say that we owe YOU a thanks!

Hmm, just curious but who else in on the PC Torque staff?

Even though I am getting an Alienware, I'll definitely consider getting a Sager in the future (whenever I start to get the $weet change).

I would just like to say that I love my 5680!! The service I recieved from PCtorque made the whole buying experience very smooth and I got the computer much earlier than I had prepared for.

Good to finally have a good buying experience rather than delay after delay *cough*hp/compaq*cough*

I dunno if there is anyone else there but I tell you - these guys WORK!!

I was there just after the 5670's released and it was like crazy...and the 5670 did not receive the kind of response the 5680 did...they must be ULTRA busy now...

Right on. I have never met such dedicated people in the computer industry. They are damn quick and friendly when replying to emails, they have lots of sense for humor and they REALLY CAREfor their customers. Now, that's something you rarely will encounter. I love these people (now, don't misunderstand me Adam ) and I love my Sager .

I was expecting to get my laptop in two weeks or so but I just got my tracking number today and that's only 3 days after I paid and their delivering it today but I won't be home.

When I recieve my Sager I would certainly leave feedback at the Resellers website.

Top notch

I was out of work, due to the hurricane, but my wife contacted PCtorque (from her work)with some questions I had, and she was very impressed with the quick and helpful responses.

Adam answers emails in like ...under 5 minutes.

These forums are awesome.

A couple of months ago, I knew zippy about computers, and now I consider myself a novice.

Although I didn't by through PCtorque, unfortunately, I still have to say that it is a great company. Never have I seen such an involved staff. There presence on the forum is especially amazing. In the future, when I buy another Sager, which I will, it will be from PCtorque. Thanks guys.

BEST company to work with (PC Torque, Adam, Ratha, and Laura).

COMPETITIVE prices (same as or a LOT less than most other Sager sites).

EXCELLENT tech support via the forums, GOOD via Sager (email works well, patience is a virtue I'm told).

BEST forums to hang out on. BEST communcation and exchange of information. BEST moderators (flamers go, everyone else who wants to shoot the breeze about ANYTHING in a reasonably civil manner can stay and shoot, shoot, shoot).

All in all? The A-Team!

I really dont care about prices anymore. Its service and the "I feel good about this deal" factor that tickles my noodle...

PC Torque tickles it...suah they do !!
