As always, it's with the customer support that most businesses really have to shine in... and not only does PCTorque offer fantastic products but they follow through excellently with their customer support... The ability for a company to take care of it's good deeds AND it's mistakes in the same praise and process is a hard to find attribute.

I had a recent incident in which I purchased my laptop with a debit card, so the money was taken out but not provided with a receipt. The bank had authorized the payment but without a receipt, they simply put my money back in my account. I was worried about this. I intended to get the money out of my account when I ordered it, not some later date, for fear that it would come out at an inopportune time and overdraw my account. So I cancelled my laptop, wanting to purchase it again through another method of payment. While I was waiting though, the cancellation I made didn't really go through correctly, so hence it was never cancelled. What I had feared would happen, did happen. The money came out before my next funding came in and overdrew my account. My laptop had shipped to my apt while I wasn't there and my roomate signed for it. So naturally I came home appalled at my overdrawn bank account and a laptop that I had cancelled, worried about the bills that were supposed to come out of my account soon.

I immediately contacted PCTorque and they offered to wire ALL my money back to me PLUS all the the overdraft charges to me IMMEDIATELY. Also, they offered to have UPS pick it up from my apt and they would take care of the shipping charges. They even got back to me within hours of the incident. Throughout the whole process Laura kept in very close touch through e-mail and phone to make sure that we resolved this situation in the most satisfactory way possible. Needless to say I was very surprised but very relieved to find that they were as serious about my investment as I was.

In the end, I decided I loved the laptop enough to just keep it (I wanted it anyway) and they refunded me the overdraft fees and bank fees and made everything square. I got the funding in time for my bills and I had a new, awesome Sager notebook. Had it not been for the great product and fantastic customer support, things would not have ended up as they did.

Thank you Laura for the fantastic phone support you gave me. Even though I wasn’t able to add the wireless g card to my order because my laptop shipped so fast(excellent), I was very pleased that I had the opportunity to speak with you on the phone. It was like talking to a SuperStar. YOU'RE THE BEST!

Never too late to jump on this bandwagon, methinks! This PCT company is top notch. In every opportunity they had to correspond with me, they never failed to present themselves in the most professional, candid and courteous manner. They definitely go FAR BEYOND the extra mile to gain our respect and earn our dollars. I'll be spreading the word of Sager & PCT this holiday season to anyone looking for laptops! Now I count down the days and check my tracking number every 5 minutes...WHOO HOO!!! THURSDAY's ALMOST HERE!!!

well its my turn, Thanks PcTorque for answering my 500 billion questoins also for keeping me up to date on when my system would ship, which it shipped out today and i decided to change to 1 day air, so i will have it tomorrow!! heheheh hahaha im going insane waiting for it lol, but one of the most awsome things about this is it will have only been 1 week since i ordered, which means this place is at least 5 times faster than alienware, and most likely better than alienware, thanks again for the kick ass computer i am about to get hehe

Thankyou PCTorque - not only were you polite and helpful (and put up with my repeated phone calls) during the ordering process - but you have been very helpful in helping me to resolve some issues I have had while getting my machine repaired.

I will be recommending you to anyone who will listen.

Thanks

Anthony

I felt like such a pain in the ass changing my order around so many times along with multiple emails each time, but PCTorque (Tom) was always incredibly helpful and put up with me throughout the process.

I just got my tracking no. today and i would have to recommend to any Aussie or indeed anyone around the world that PCT is a great company to buy from

Go UPS go!

Yep,

Tom's been a great help answering all my questions (and there's been quite a few )

I'll be ordering my 8890 as soon as they come back in stock (hopefully with the UXGA)

Cheers guys!
